Welcome to the Symphony Analytics App!

Designed for use by Program Managers and Admins, the Symphony Analytics app provides actionable insights by aggregating and analyzing how individuals, teams and your entire company is using Symphony.

To access your Symphony Analytics reports, please contact your Symphony Administrator and request to be enabled to the Premium or Premium Plus version of the app.

Once enabled, you will be able to see:
  • Pod (Company-wide) Usage Metrics
  • Daily, weekly and monthly activity
  • Distributions of messages sent
  • External communication summary
  • Attachment, Mobile and Desktop tracking
  • App usage
Team Usage Metrics
  • Provisioned, active and inactive users per team
  • Activity by department, division and country
Individual Usage Metrics (Premium Plus only)
  • Top Users
  • Inactive users
  • Bot activity
  • App usage
  • Chatroom activity
  • External communications
